Rosane Damazio is a licensed Brazilian Attorney and Consultant. Since 1991, she has been registered at the Brazilian Bar Association under the license number OAB-RS 29440. She has in-depth knowledge of International and Latin American Law and experience in Brazilian and U.S. firms and companies. She is fluent in Portuguese, English, Italian and Spanish.
Ms. Damazio provides legal counsel and services for businesses and individuals in a wide range of practice areas. She advises foreign clients in transactions and investments in Brazil and the United States. Whether forming a new company, acquiring or merging with an existing business, or simply investing funds in the domestic market, she is able to provide these international legal services.
Ms. Damazio has worked in commercial and corporate law.
